Starlight Peptides is not yet trading. Right now the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you join our launch list, so we can tell you when the catalogue opens. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Starlight Peptides operates the website at starlightpeptides.com and is the data controller for the launch list described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@starlightpeptides.com.
What we collect
When you submit the sign-up form, we store:
- the email address you enter;
- the date and time you signed up;
- the two-letter country code your request came from, and your browser's user-agent string — recorded automatically to help us spot abuse of the form.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not ask for your name or any other detail.
Why we hold it, and our legal basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you about the launch and send occasional updates you asked for — no more than about one message a month, and never a sales call. Our legal basis under the UK/EU GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. The country code and user-agent are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse.
Who we share it with
Your address is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site and its database on our behalf. When we begin sending list emails we will use a reputable email delivery provider, and your address will be shared with that provider solely to deliver our messages. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until we decide not to launch the list — whichever comes first. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email privacy@starlightpeptides.com and we will act on your request. If you are in the UK or EU and believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information — for example, once we start trading and shipping orders — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes that affect the launch list will be flagged to subscribers by email.
